Note: Gifts sent by mail must be postmarked by December 31 to qualify for a tax deduction for the 2024 tax year. Online gifts must be received by 11:59 p.m. (Central Time) on December 31.

Set Up Monthly Giving

A monthly recurring gift is one of the most convenient and meaningful ways to sustain our mission, providing Northern with steady support as we continue to equip future pastors and leaders. To set up a recurring gift, select the “Monthly” giving option below.

Give Through a Donor-Advised Fund

Northern Seminary welcomes gifts from Donor-advised funds. A gift from your donor-advised fund is a tax-friendly way to make an immediate impact on our mission.

Make a Qualified Charitable Distribution From Your IRA

If you are 70½ years of age or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) to Northern from your individual retirement account (IRA). A Qualified Charitable Distribution may reduce your taxable income and count toward satisfying your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) starting at age 73.

Give a Gift of Appreciated Stock

Double Your Impact with an Employer Matching Gift

Your employer may match your gift to Northern Seminary, allowing your contribution to double – or even triple!  Simply check with your Human Resources Department to see if your company has a matching gift program and complete the application process.
